This unit features a robust double wall construction with both the inner and outer chambers made from thick mild steel sheets, finished with a durable hammer tone paint. The space between these walls is insulated with high-grade glass wool to ensure optimal thermal efficiency.
Equipped with heavy-duty forced air blowers, the unit maintains a consistent hot air circulation, ensuring even temperature distribution throughout the chamber. The heating elements, made from Kanthal wire, provide rapid and uniform heating, covering a temperature range of 50°C to 250°C with an accuracy of ± 2-3°C. This precise temperature control is managed by a hydraulic capillary thermostat.
For easy monitoring, the unit includes a dial-type thermometer to display the internal temperature. Designed to operate on a 220V AC, 50Hz single-phase power supply, this unit is reliable and efficient for various applications.
