Tray Dryer
The outer surface is finished with a durable hammer tone paint. The space between the inner and outer walls is insulated with special grade glass wool to enhance thermal efficiency. Heavy-duty forced air blowers ensure constant circulation of hot air, achieving a uniform temperature throughout the chamber.
Kanthal wire heating elements are utilized to provide quick and uniform heating, with a temperature range of 50°C to 250°C ± 2-3°C. This is regulated by a hydraulic type capillary thermostat for precise control.
A dial-type thermometer is included for easy monitoring of the chamber temperature. The equipment is designed to operate on 220V AC, 50Hz, single-phase power supply.
